 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, measurements, colours, and images are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on your monitor or mobile device settings, and slight variations in dimensions, finishes, materials, grain patterns, textures, or manufacturing tolerances may occur. Such differences do not constitute defects. Many of our products are handmade or manufactured using natural materials, meaning each item may have unique characteristics.

5. Pricing.

 All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and provide you with the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

 6. Orders.

 Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed only when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment authorisation failure,  delivery restrictions, where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Payment.

 Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We accept payment using the methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

 8. Delivery.

 Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, supply chain disruption, or force majeure events. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

 9. Risk and Ownership.

 Ownership of products transfers to you once full payment has been received. Risk passes to you upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

 10. Customer Responsibilities.

 You are responsible for ensuring that:  delivery details are accurate, someone is available to accept delivery where required,  furniture can safely fit through entrances, hallways, staircases, and internal access points before ordering, you inspect goods within 48 hours from delivery, we cannot accept responsibility where items cannot be delivered due to insufficient access.

 11. Cancellations and Returns.

Your rights to cancel an order or return products are governed by applicable consumer legislation together with our Returns Policy. Please read our Returns Policy before requesting a return. Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including personalised, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

 12. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods.

 If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs where requested. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

 Products should only be used for their intended domestic purpose. Customers must follow any assembly instructions, care instructions, safety guidance, and weight limits supplied with the product. We shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse, improper assembly, neglect, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
